With cottages, villas and apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom floor plans, residents can choose from a broad array of home options. Homes feature a variety of amenities, including fireplaces and two-car garages, and are highly customizable. Fully maintained by The Cypress Club, one-bedroom apartments start at $285,000, two-bedroom apartments at $425,000, and homes start at $900,000, all prices including membership fees.
